White Pine CU-SeeMe 4 Pro setup and configuration guide
Keep in mind the final sucess of this setup change depends on others installing the H.263 codec to see you --- it isn't present normally.
At this time, many reflectors will welcome all users of White Pine's Cu-SeeMe V4.0 Pro, however I still recommend the download and use of the free Cornell Version 1.0 available from many web sites. While you can use V4.0 the quality of the video being sent is less than desirable. To participate on most reflectors you must configure your software to meet the following guidelines:
1. You must be sending using the H.263 Codec.
2. You must have you're quality level set at 50%
3. You must set your video size to "Sub-QCIF" (128x96).
4. You must have installed downloaded and installed either V4.0 with Service Pak 1 or Version 4.01 which are free downloads from White Pine.
